Project Objectives

The primary objective of this program is to use a team approach to help dairy producers Improve the profitability of their business.
CMDPT will help you:

• Organize a team of dairy business professionals to evaluate your dairy enterprise.
• Identify areas of improvement needed and suggest solutions for improving profits
• Provide follow up meetings to monitor progress towards goals
• Measure financial progress

Benton, Stearns, Kandyohi, Meeker, Cook, Todd, Sherburne, Morrision, MilleLacs, Carlton, Aitkin, St.Louis, Lake, Crow Wing, Kanabec, Pine and Wadena.

Program Cost

The cost to establish a team is $200. Your team will have $1000 to work with towards reaching your goals, $700 for regular expenses and $300 for technology items (computers, faxes, printers and computer virus?s protection). Many agricultural professionals will be donating a considerable time commitment.
